About the Presenters

Chad Little, Midwest Sales Director

Chad Little has 25+ years of experience in the spheres of specialty coffee and fine dining - with a focus in human-centered experience design, entrepreneurship, sales, strategy, and product development. Chad is La Marzocco USA’s Midwest Sales Director. He lives in Chicago with his multi-cultural family marrying his love of Intercultural studies with specialty coffee. Previously, working in the world of natural wine, he co-owned Arbor - a farm-to-table restaurant, was a technician and educator with Counter Culture Coffee, and business developer at Ipsento Coffee. He serves as an advisory board member for Workforce High and Meta 24, a workforce development organization for disadvantaged youth based in Chicago.


For this year’s Coffee Retail Summit, a number of community events took place in three of the world’s best specialty coffee cities with local hosts: Moms Coffee Yeongdo in Busan, South Korea; Danish Coffee Fest in Copenhagen, Denmark; and Metric Coffee in Chicago, USA.
