CVA for Cuppers Courses
Official CVA for Cuppers Courses are interactive sessions for experienced cuppers to learn the SCA’s new system for assessing a coffee's value. CVA simultaneously integrates advances in sensory and coffee science for a more holistic view of a coffee’s value. Upon successful completion of all course tasks, including four tests, you will receive a certificate of acknowledgement that attests you have learned CVA at an official SCA course and can use it as a professional tool.

SCA Community Events are small, focused educational events for specific communities within the specialty coffee industry with a tailored curriculum to promote personal and professional advancement. SCA Trade Shows
SCA trade shows include World of Coffee (Europe, Asia, Middle East) and Specialty Coffee Expo (North America). These shows are major industry events featuring hundreds of exhibitors, competitions, awards, social and networking opportunities. SCA trade shows regularly feature dozens of educational opportunities including lectures and workshops where attendees can learn and practice new skills and theory, including those related to the Coffee Value Assessment.
